Directions to Ramkota and Sencore for October meeting: |

| If you haven't been through the Sioux Falls area
on I-29 recently, you have successfully avoided one of the biggest road
construction messes I've ever seen. What used to be the Russell Ave exit is
now a large pile of dirt that is beginning to look like part of a clover
leaf. The problem here is that this is the exit that one normally would have
taken, and maybe eventually will take, to get to our destination(s) for the
evening. Nowadays, the best way to get to both Sencore and the Ramkota is to take the 60th St North exit (I still think of it as Highway 38), no matter if you're coming from the north or the south on I-29, go east to Westport, which is just to the east of the new J&L Harley Davidson building, then go south. This will take you right past the back side of Sencore and the back side of the Ramkota. If you go west at the stop light that you will come to, you will be able to get around to the front of both of these businesses. |
